Are you ready to meet Chief Derek Shepherd? I hope so, because the time has come! It looks as though in the February 4 episode of Grey’s Anatomy, State of Love and Trust, Derek will be stepping in for Richard as Chief, but it doesn’t look like things will be smooth-sailing. Still, this looks like it is going to be one hell of an episode to watch. Is anybody else smiling looking at the photos of Derek as Chief? I know I am.

Meanwhile, Teddy refuses to place Cristina on her service, as Arizona tests Alex out in Pediatrics, and Mark refuses to speak to a heartbroken Lexie.
